Summary: Our stay at The St. Regis Venice was absolutely fantastic. From the start, the staff was so helpful and attentive, ensuring that every detail was perfect. We requested connected rooms, and not only did they accommodate this, but they also gave us an amazing upgrade, which was such a pleasant surprise. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the entire hotel had a warm, elegant atmosphere that made us feel instantly at ease. We also arranged a private transfer through the hotel, and it was completely seamless. The third-party company they worked with was excellent—professional, punctual, and exactly the kind of high-quality service you’d expect from a hotel like this. Every interaction with the staff was lovely, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making our stay special. From the smooth logistics to the little thoughtful touches, everything added up to an amazing experience. This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Summary: Breakfast was amaizing. your two bar was exellent. and The location of the hotel is very convenient. my only complain is we stayed room 4327 and all the pillows was not smeling good please check .

Summary: We stayed at the St. Regis for 6 nights in July for our second time. It fully lived up to our high expectations, and the hospitality/service was even better than the last time. This is THE best place to stay in Venice, and the location is unbeatable. Special thanks to Andy and Adriana at the front desk for taking care of all of our requests and for going above and beyond, Veronica at breakfast for her warm hospitality, Alessio at the dock for his helpfulness, Mahaman and the house keeping team for their attention to detail, and to the entire team at St. Regis for making our stay so enjoyable!
